Welcome to another episode of the Milwaukee Sports Performance Podcast, today we talk about Baseball Strength Training. Today I’m joined by Brooks Braga. Brooks is the co-founder and director of training at BRX Performance in Milwaukee. Brooks interned at Cressey Sports Performance in Boston, Massachusetts, where he learned about strength training for baseball players at a facility training hundreds of professional baseball players.

BRX Performance and currently trains hundreds of high school, local high school athletes, college players, and several professional baseball players and Brooks shares his knowledge and experience from working with so many athletes of various ages and ability levels.
