We Help You
Solve Problems.
Post-Operative Injuries
Often we see new patients as they are recovering from hip, knee, achilles, shoulder or elbow surgery. These larger procedures require a detailed plan on how to get you back on the field. We use objective measurements of your strength, range of motion and explosiveness to track progress and determine when you are ready to return to play.
Non-Surgical Injuries
We can also help athletes overcome the everyday aches and pains that come with being an athlete. These conditions can hold you out of your sport or activity or decrease your performance. Some examples are: Throwing Injuries: we treat numerous softball and baseball players every week.
If you are having shoulder or elbow problems, you won’t find anyone else with more experience. Muscle Strains : hamstring, hip flexor or groin. These injuries are annoying and commonly come back. We help you develop a plan to put these injuries behind you for good. Tendon Pain: Knee Pain, Hip pain, Back pain, Shoulder Pain
Improving Your Performance
We have the latest biomechanics technology that is used across professional sports. We can assess where you are currently and put together a plan to help you reach your goals.
Bringing You Our Expertise
Range of Specialty Services
ACL Physical Therapy
Athletes who have experienced an ACL injury have a 30% chance of injuring their opposite ACL or re-tearing the same ACL within two years of return to play.
Barbell Physical Therapy
Athletes like to train. We understand that desire and want to keep you doing as much as you can - not just tell you to stop lifting.
Baseball Performance Physical Therapy
Our approach is to start by addressing the physical factors that may be contributing to the pain, rehabbing the injury to resolve it and then developing a disciplined return to throwing program.
Running Physical Therapy
While running may have played a role in the injury, our philosophy is not to shut you down and hope the passage of time heals your injury.
